"KCDS taught each of my children a love of learning, which continues to this day. It gave them an amazing basis and prepared them for high school, college, and graduate degrees. I highly recommend it!"

"When we were searching for a school for our daughter Laila, we visited several other schools along with Kalamazoo Country Day. They were all good schools, with good programs. But then we walked into Kalamazoo Country Day. We sat in the preschool as a visitor that morning, and we were in awe. The students were inquisitive, full of life, and were devouring the information with eagerness and enthusiasm. And then the Middle School students came in to pair up with their buddies and play for the afternoon. We saw the special bond that the older and younger children shared while playing house and dress-up. We were so moved that we teared up. We knew we had found the school for Laila. A school she could be happy in for years to come. Now both our children, Laila and Zayn, attend Kalamazoo Country Day and we are still beyond happy!"

"We started our journey in Pre-K Summer Camp, and it has been amazing. Since then, Adelynn has graduated from the Junior Kindergarten program and is ready to start Kindergarten in the Fall. So far, Adelynn's teachers have been amazing, especially Mr. Tomson, and they truly have helped her find a love for learning. We are both very excited to see what new and wonderful things she will accomplish this year with Mrs. Davis. I couldn't imagine a better environment for my child's education!"

"My twins had a phenomenal Middle School experience at Kalamazoo Country Day School! They were more than prepared for High School, and still talk about what they learned at Kalamazoo Country Day!"
Celeste Green (Former Parent)
"Kalamazoo Country Day School has exceeded our expectations on every level. Not only have our kids had access to strong academics, but they've also received love and kindness from the staff and teachers. They've engaged us parents in so many meaningful ways, including concerts, gardening, and a Trunk-or-Treat costume parade. We love that our kids have early access to extracurriculars like music, gym, and Spanish. When our Junior Kindergartner recited the alphabet in two languages, we were floored! We recommend Kalamazoo Country Day to every parent we meet."
Shanna and Amy Heath (Current Parents)
"Kalamazoo Country Day School is beyond special in so many ways. As a teacher with fifteen years of teaching experience, I thought I had seen it all when it came to education. Boy, was I wrong! The family-like atmosphere we have here is truly remarkable. Because of our lower student-to-staff ratio, I am able to build a much more meaningful relationship with each and every one of my students. I get to know each person in my class personally, and know what motivates and drives them. I can use student interests to better enhance my lessons with real-life connections and make learning more enjoyable for students. Smaller class sizes also naturally lend themselves to more fun, personalized, and hands-on activities. Getting to be a teacher at Kalamazoo Country Day School is truly a genuine gift and I am so thankful to be part of this amazing school family!"
